THE OUTLAW EXPRESS


Join us for a wild west train ride with The Outlaw Express. Experience an adventure with the cowboys and lawmen of the old west all while supporting WHAS Crusade for Children with the loot! (This event does not feature horses.) Old West fun for the entire family!

Visit our Annual Train Show and Sale held at St. Catherine Gymnasium at 413 First Street, New Haven (only 1 block away from the museum). Stroll through the model trains and artifacts, visit with vendors and browse the booths and model trains.

WEEKEND TRAIN RIDE TO BOSTON


Enjoy a 1.5 hour train ride on the L&N Lebanon Branch.  Passengers do not disembark from the train.

Take a 45-minute ride to Gethsemane, Kentucky. Along the way you will pass beautiful scenery and the home of the Log Still Distillery campus.  Passengers do not disembark from the train.

LOCOMOTIVE CAB RIDE


Experience railroading from the cab of the locomotive! This is your opportunity to ride with the engineer and crew during the train ride aboard the Historic Lebanon Branch.  Must be 13 years and older.

THE GREAT FREIGHT EXPERIENCE


THE GREAT FREIGHT EXPERIENCE lets you try your hand at being a locomotive engineer of a vintage diesel locomotive. You will learn how to work both on the ground and in the locomotive.  These sessions are offered on Sundays by reservation only.
