How long is the train ride?

The train excursion is approximately 75 minutes in duration, round trip, and covers 22 miles round trip.

Is their a minimum or maximum age to ride the train?

No, all ages may ride. Under the age of 2 is free.

Are there restrooms on the train?
Emergency restrooms only.
What does the trip consist of?

The train travels through the Rolling Fork River Valley and through the beautiful Kentucky countryside, over a couple of bridges.  You will pass farmland with fields of corn and soybeans.  A short stop of about 15 to 20 minutes in Boston, Ky to stretch your legs or purchase a snack at the local store.  Sit back and relax.

Do I need a reservation?

Certain special events will require an advance reservation and will require a credit card. We do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please call to see if your visit will require a reservation.

Our facility and train are non-smoking.

What is a Mystery Theatre?

Mystery Theater is geared toward adults and content is generally considered P-G 13. Your $54.00-$56.00 cost includes play, 4 course meal and your train excursion. Dress is business casual. The entire event last approximately 3 hours. Reservations are required.

What does locomotive cab ride mean?

This is a ride in the engine with the engineer. Only ages 18 and up are allowed due to safety regulations.

When does Thomas the Tank Engine visit?

He typically visits in early June. Please call or check website for exact dates.

Do you allow pets?

We allow only service animals.
